Menu Design
For this project I took Red Herring, a local restaurant in the Urbana-Champaign area, and dove into rebranding it. First I did some research on the what improvements could be made to make the restaurant more appealing to their target audience. I came to the conclusion that Red herring caters to vegan people but really deeply care about being inclusive to everyone in the local community. They capitalize on community and being a safe place for people to talk about things and have a fun time. However they also advocate for the environment. They source their food locally and make an effort to be sustainable. Keeping this in mind I made all of there rebranding focus on being an open community space with a friendly nature feel.
